CHOCOLATE STRAWBERRY POT RECIPE

Ingredients of Chocolate Strawberry Pots

• 500 ml heavy cream
• 500 gm cooking chocolate
• 200 gm strawberry

• 200 ml milk
• 6 egg yolk

For Garnishing

• 6 leaves mint leaves

• HOW TO MAKE CHOCOLATE STRAWBERRY POT RECIPE

• Step 1

  In a pan, add the heavy cream along with milk and let it heat up. Simultaneously, in a separate bowl, keep the chopped chocolate pieces and pour the hot cream mixture over the chocolate. Stir it till the chocolate melts and mix it well. Once the entire chocolate is melted into the mixture, stir in the egg yolks. Whisk this well and make sure that the chocolate has fully melted.

• Step 2

  In another pan, pour the chocolate mixture and place it over low flame. Let it get heated while you constantly stir. Make sure that the mixture thickens and the heat is low. Don't boil the mixture otherwise the eggs will get scrambled. Now, In small glasses, divide the strawberries and pour the chocolate mixture over them. Cover the glasses with cling foil and let it set in the fridge overnight. Garnish with strawberries and mint leaves and serve these chilled to enjoy!
