Add chili powder, chaat masala, ginger, green chili, chopped coriander, salt and corn flour to the mixture of mashed potatoes and bananas. Make a dough from it.
Step 3
Divide the dough into equal balls and make finger shaped sticks out of it. Heat the refined oil in a pan.
Step 4
Fry these potato banana fingers till they turn golden brown in color.
Step 5
Drain the excessive oil on paper sheets. Serve hot with your favourite sauce or green chutney.
