Then, quickly add fruit salt in the batter and and pour hot water on it. You need to mix this mixture as soon as possible. Keep aside this batter for 2-3 minutes.Step 3
Finally, put a non-stick pan on medium flame and clean it with water. When its hot enough, put a ladle full of the batter on the tawa and spread it in circular motions.Step 4
Pour a little oil over the dosa and let it cook until the dosa turns crispy. Once done, transfer the dosa on a plate and serve with sambhar and coconut chutney.
