PANEER BADAM KA CHEELA RECIPE on February 19, 2019 Get link Facebook X Pinterest Email Other Apps Ingredients of Paneer Badam Ka Cheela:- 2 cup gram flour (besan) 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon carom seeds 3 tablespoon almond oil For Filling 1/2 cup mashed paneer 1 teaspoon roasted cumin seeds 2 teaspoon chopped ginger 1/4 cup chopped almonds 1 chopped green chilli 1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves HOW TO MAKE PANEER BADAM KA CHEEKA RECIPE Step 1 Take a mixing bowl and put besan, salt, ajwain (carom seeds), red chilly powder, baking powder and water to make a thick and smooth batter. Keep it aside. Step 2 In a small bowl, mix together paneer, almond, cumin seeds (jeera), green chilli, ginger and coriander leaves nicely for the stuffing. Step 3 On medium flame, heat a non-stick pan and drizzle a little oil into it. Pour the batter and spread around evenly to give it a round shape. Allow it to cook nicely from one side and then gently turn it and cook the other side. (Note: Don't burn any side of the cheela.) Step 4 Put the flame to low setting. Now, grab a spoon and take some of the stuffing and put it in the center of the cheela and spread horizontally. Fold the cheela like a dosa and take it off from the pan. Serve hot! Comments
