Put a pan over medium flame and heat oil in it. Once the oil is hot enough, add chopped capsicum in it. Saute for a minute and then add the ginger. Stir and cook the ginger as well for a minute.

Finally, add the grated paneer in the pan and cook for a minute.

Next, add the makhni gravy along with the onion tomato masala in the pan and stir to mix well all the ingredients. Let it cook for 4-5 minutes.
Step 5
Once the bhurji is done, put fresh cream, butter and a pinch of kassori methi over the dish. Garnish with coriander sprigs and tomato wedges. Serve hot with your favorite bread.
