Blend in a mixer to form a smooth batter.
Step 3
Transfer the mixture to another bowl, add the spinach purée, whole wheat flour, salt and water. Mix well.
Step 4
In the meantime, heat a non-stick tava , sprinkle a little water on it.
Step 5
Pour a ladleful of the batter on it and spread it in a circular motion to make dosa.
Step 6
Cook till the dosa turns light brown in colour from both the sides. Drizzle a little oil from the sides.
Step 7
Garnish with handful of chopped onions, green chills and paprika. Serve immediately with sambhar and coconut chutney.
